You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing links
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Circumvent payment systems or abuse free trials
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish through the Service. By posting content, you grant Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate LynkBio.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

5 Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed per active page on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with reasonable notice. Subscription terms, refunds, and payment processing are further described in our Payment Policy.

6 Creator Payments (Tips & Products)

If you accept tips or sell digital products through your page, you are responsible for applicable taxes, compliance with local laws, and fulfillment of what you offer. Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. acts as a platform facilitator through LynkBio and is not the seller of your products.

7 Intellectual Property

The LynkBio name, logo, software, themes, and documentation are owned by Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform code or branding without written permission.

8 Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of LynkBio. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12 Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or for extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though certain provisions survive.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice where appropriate.
