Payment Policy

1 Platform Subscriptions

LynkBio offers free and paid plans billed per active page on a monthly recurring basis. When you upgrade a page to a paid tier:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Prices are shown in INR or USD at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
• Billing cycles begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically each month.
• If payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

2 Payment Processors

We use trusted third-party processors to handle payments securely:

• Stripe — for international card payments (USD and supported currencies)
• Razorpay — for payments in India (INR, UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets where supported)

Your payment details are collected and stored by these processors in accordance with their privacy and security standards. Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not store full card numbers.

3 Free Trial and Downgrades

Where a free trial or free tier is offered, paid features may be limited until you subscribe. If you downgrade or cancel a paid plan:

• Paid features for that page end at the close of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Your page data is retained; extra pages may be hidden rather than deleted.
• You may export your content within 30 days of downgrade.

4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors or duplicate charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to support@softhuge.com with your account email and transaction details.

5 Creator Tips and Digital Products

Creators may accept tips and sell digital products through their LynkBio pages. For these transactions:

• Buyers pay through Stripe or Razorpay checkout flows connected to the creator's account.
• Standard payment processor fees apply (typically ~2.9% + fixed fee per transaction; exact rates depend on processor and region).
• Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may charge a platform fee on certain plans; Pro and Business tiers may receive reduced or zero platform fees as described on our pricing page.
• Creators are responsible for delivering digital goods and handling buyer disputes related to their offerings.
• Payouts to creators follow the payout schedule and requirements of the connected payment processor.

6 Currency and Pricing Changes

We may update plan pricing with advance notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions immediately and to renewals after notice to existing subscribers.

7 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases unless we are required by law to collect and remit them. GST or VAT may be added at checkout where applicable.

8 Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. For billing disputes, contact us first at support@softhuge.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.

9 Invoices

Paid subscribers can access invoices from their dashboard for each billing period. Invoices include plan details, amount charged, and payment date.
